Adeo™ DMS – Document Management System

We have successfully developed Adeo™ DMS – Document Management System and adapted it to specific needs of our client, one of the fastest growing insurance companies on the Croatian market. The system is implemented as internal application in all HOK insurance Inc.’s service centers.

The implementation consists of three modules covering the key aspects of insurance business: processing damage compensation, data collection of insurance policies and incoming mail. For each module a user-friendly interface is implemented as well as workflow that fully complies with the business processes of an insurance company.

Web-shop

The web shop at https://webshop.hok-osiguranje.hr enables purchasing all widely used insurance products: car, boat and property insurance, travel insurance, health insurance etc

Neoinfo did the complete development, design of solution architecture and go live. We used Microsoft ASP.Net technology for back end and JavaScript jQuery for front end.

Mobile application for sales of insurance policies

The mobile application is developed as an auxiliary tool for sales agents. Based on the entered vehicle registration, the application indicates the data on the insurance policy and the insurer.

The application is developed for the Android platform.
